Throughout his extensive career as a senior executive in homebuilding, Mr. Weinstein has successfully acquired, entitled, and developed thousands of acres and lots, overseeing the construction of over $1 billion worth of single-family residential communities. In recent years, he has emerged as a prominent land broker in Arizona, facilitating brokerage transactions exceeding $2 billion across various land asset classes, including industrial, multi-family, single-family, agricultural, and speculative properties.

Founder of The Land Agency, Mr. Weinstein has established his brokerage agency as a trusted provider, catering to the acquisition and disposition needs of top homebuilders, developers, investors, landowners, farmers, and lending institutions operating in Arizona. His extensive clientele includes renowned publicly traded homebuilders such as Meritage Homes, DR Horton, Richmond American, KB Home, Lennar, Pulte, Beazer Homes, and K Hovnanian Homes. Under Mr. Weinstein's leadership, The Land Agency has flourished, becoming one of Arizona's most successful land brokerage agencies.

In addition to his work with The Land Agency, Mr. Weinstein recently divested his stake in a $50 million real estate private equity fund, established in collaboration with Tricon Capital Group, which focused on acquiring distressed single-family homes in the United States. This partnership, one of Tricon's selected companies, aimed to collaborate with top-tier local operators to acquire properties in distressed markets with strong underlying fundamentals, at prices significantly below replacement cost. The fund achieved or exceeded all targeted financial hurdle returns, successfully building a portfolio of 500 single-family rental homes in the Phoenix Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA).

In 2004, Mr. Weinstein co-founded Weinstein & Harris, LLC, a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in residential land brokerage within the Phoenix Metropolitan area. From 2004 to 2008, the firm consistently achieved annual sales of over $100 million, earning a place among the top 5 real estate brokerage firms in Arizona. Weinstein & Harris LLC managed some of the largest and most complex land transactions in the state. In 2008, the firm was acquired by a national real estate brokerage company. Prior to this, from 2001 to 2004, Mr. Weinstein held the position of Partner at a private land brokerage firm in Scottsdale, AZ, where he facilitated land and lot transactions exceeding $1.2 billion.

From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Weinstein served as the Vice President of Land Acquisition & Development at the Phoenix Division of KB Home. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in elevating the Phoenix division of KB Home from the 25th ranked builder, delivering 300 units annually, to the 3rd ranked builder, delivering over 2,100 units per year. Mr. Weinstein was responsible for successfully acquiring, entitling, and developing thousands of residential lots in every active submarket within the Phoenix MSA.

Mr. Weinstein's career in the Phoenix homebuilding market began with his role as a new home sales professional and land acquisition manager for Diamond Key Homes, a reputable mid-size private homebuilder. Within his first year, he was honored with a MAME Award for Rookie of the Year in new home sales.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Weinstein is an accomplished bodybuilder, having secured multiple first-place victories in Arizona NPC Master's Bodybuilding and Classic Physique competitions. Additionally, he demonstrates his commitment to the community through his contributions to organizations such as the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Arizona Humane Society, and numerous others.
